Not every achievement is tied to the main story.
Hollowbrook is full of collectibles, odd little interactions and side challenges that are easy to miss if you only follow the main path.
Some achievements require you to find or interact with multiple objects spread across the neighborhood.
If you spot one unusual collectible, decoration or suspiciously interactive object, it may be worth wondering whether there are more of them somewhere else.
Some things are meant to be collected.
